Byron Spencer

Byron Spencer was first introduced to NRCA in 1978. During his 40-year insurance career, he has been an officer of a major insurance carrier and founding partner in 1988 of the Norman-Spencer family of insurance brokerage and consulting companies. He currently serves as CEO of Norman-Spencer International Inc., Lombard, Ill. Spencer works with various national associations and serves on two national safety councils.
