Bill Kirn

Bill Kirn is technical director and key accounts manager of National Coatings Corp., Camarillo, Calif. He was president of the Reflective Roof Coatings Institute (RRCI) in 2007. He also serves on the board of directors for the Cool Roof Rating Council.
