Bart Basi, Ph.D., CPA, founded The Center for Financial, Legal and Tax Planning Inc., Marion, Ill., in 1978 to assist business owners with various financial and business practices. He is a licensed attorney in Illinois, Kentucky and Pennsylvania. Basi is presenting an educational program during the 2008 International Roofing Expo Feb. 21-23 in Las Vegas.
