Berger Building Products Inc. has introduced its Pro-Master Highpoint Series 5 and Series 7 ridge vents, which enable air to exit an attic and reduce heat and moisture buildup. The ridge vents are said to withstand temperature variations and structural loads and reduce energy costs.
Additionally, Berger Building Products has introduced its Pro-Master Standard Box Vents,™ which are said to fit any steep-slope roof and reduce heat and moisture buildup. Pro-Master Standard Box Vents are made from polypropylene and have three prepunched nail holes per side for installation. The vents are available in brown, gray, weatherwood and black.

Gloves offer protection
Ansell Ltd. has introduced its Vantage® series gloves, which are said to be lightweight and comfortable and protect hands from cuts and abrasions. The Vantage series includes four styles: Vantage 75-781, 70-761, 70-765 and 70-860.
Vantage 75-781 gloves protect hands from heat and are made from heavyweight terrycloth with Kevlar® fiber. Vantage 70-761 gloves are medium-weight with Kevlar fiber and said to provide dexterity. Vantage 70-765 medium-weight gloves feature leather pads double-stitched with Kevlar fiber. Gloves provide warmth
