Shake colors imitate natural wood
DaVinci Roofscapes® has introduced its Nature Crafted Collection of three composite shake shingle colors.
Designed to imitate the appearance of natural woods, the Nature Crafted Collection colors are Aged Cedar, a burnt red
cedar tone; Mossy Cedar, a damp green color; and Black Oak, which imitates the look of dark, aged cedar. Nature Crafted
Collection colors are available in wavy or straight grains on all DaVinci Roofscapes single-width and multiwidth shake
composite roof tiles, which reportedly will not split, crack, curl or fade.

Telehandler extends 55 feet
Xtreme Manufacturing™ has made available its Xtreme XR1055 rough terrain telehandler. With a load capacity of
10,000 pounds, the telehandler reportedly can reach heights up to 55 feet and has a maximum 40-foot forward reach.
Designed to withstand tough work-site conditions, the Xtreme XR1055 telehandler features a 74-horsepower high-torque
3.8-liter Cummins engine and a heavy-duty steel frame, chassis and boom. The compact, four-section boom can be used
to navigate loads around tight work sites, and users are said to have 360-degree visibility from the cab to enable
safe handling of loads.

Concrete nailer is fully electric
DEWALT® has made available its 20V MAX Cordless Concrete Nailer (DCN890) designed for use in concrete and steel
applications. The fully electric nailer operates on a user's existing battery platform and is said to have a wider
operable temperature and altitude range than gas-powered nailers. The 20V MAX Cordless Concrete Nailer features
variable power settings, a driver blade, a brushless motor capable of driving 3/4-inch 0.102 fasteners into concrete,
dual access points for maintenance, a driver stall-release lever and LED lights to illuminate work surfaces.

Adhesive is applied in ribbons
SOPREMA® Inc. has introduced COLPLY® EF, a moisture-cured, solvent-free, low-odor polymeric adhesive that is
applied in ribbons. The ribbon application adhesive reportedly allows for partial attachment of an SBS
polymer-modified bitumen membrane or vapor retarder to reduce the risk of blistering. Hot torching is not required to
apply cartridges of COLPLY EF. The adhesive is said to meet FM Global and UL air quality standards.

Heritage® shingle color available in Northeast
TAMKO® Building Products Inc. has made available a new shingle color, Timberwood, for its Heritage laminated
asphalt shingles sold in the northeastern U.S. Heritage shingles reportedly are designed to imitate the look of slate
and wood shake. Created from a blend of soft grays and rich buff hues, Timberwood is a woodsy brown color that
resembles the look of natural wood. The color is the most recent addition to TAMKO Building Products' America's
Natural Colors® collection.

Roof boards resist water absorption
Georgia-Pacific Gypsum has introduced DensDeck® Prime Roof Boards with EONIC™ Technology. Designed to be
water-resistant, the 1/2-inch-thick roof boards reportedly have a surface water absorption rate of 1 gram and a total
water absorption rate of 5 percent. The roof boards also reportedly have increased vertical pull strength on the face
and back of each board. DensDeck Prime Roof Boards with EONIC Technology are said to meet UL fire-resistance
standards and can be installed on a variety of roof systems.

Hand welder is lightweight
OMG® Roofing Products has introduced its RhinoBond Hand Welder. Weighing 6 pounds, the hand welder is portable
and can be used to weld RhinoBond Plates in tight spaces. The RhinoBond Hand Welder operates on 110- and 220-volt
power sources and features a recessed base, centering indicator lines said to help users properly align the tool, a
vibrating handle and an indicator light to let users know when the tool is activated and when the weld cycle is
complete. The hand welder comes with three 8-inch-tall magnets and a protective carrying case.
