Sealant doesn't require mixing
GAF has introduced M-Thane™ One-Part Pourable Sealant, a new sealant designed for use with the M-Curb™ Pitch-Pan System in built-up and polymer-modified bitumen roof systems.
The sealant is a moisture-cure polyether sealant that requires no mixing so the product can be applied more quickly and efficiently. The sealant reportedly adheres to most construction materials and accommodates greater movement than typical urethane sealants.
M-Thane One-Part Pourable Sealant is said to be solvent-free and will not bubble on damp surfaces. It reportedly can be applied in temperatures as low as 30 F, is self-leveling and can be painted within 24 hours.
