NRCA has partnered with Laborchex to offer NRCA members benefits from a new affinity program. Laborchex offers NRCA members reduced pricing for complete basic background investigations about applicants NRCA members are considering for employment. Laborchex quickly can check an applicant's criminal and driving records, verify previous employment and education, and check references. NRCA, GAF and American Express offer new OPEN program
Roofing contractors now can receive free rewards, business-building benefits and NRCA credits using the American Express corporate OPEN card. This new program is available to NRCA members and nonmembers, as well as GAF-certified contractors.
Contractors who do not already have an American Express business card will receive $250 in NRCA credit$350 if the contractor is GAF-certifiedthat can be used for any NRCA product, program and/or service, including NRCA membership, publications, educational conferences and more. Once a contractor completes the easy application process and is accepted, the corresponding $250 or $350 NRCA credit automatically will appear on his American Express statement. Those who already have American Express business cards will receive $50 in NRCA credit when they enroll additional card members.
The American Express corporate OPEN card provides rewards, benefits, special reports that track expenses, special savings from various vendors that support OPEN members and significant NRCA credit.

SpecRight News is launched
NRCA has released its premiere issue of SpecRight News, a monthly e-newsletter intended to provide NRCA members with a review of key issues affecting the roofing industry, energy and environment, as well as useful ideas about how to improve their bottom lines.

The SpecRight program was developed by NRCA and other industry partners with the support of The Roofing Industry Alliance for Progress. The program's goal is to provide useful, consistent information about roofs, energy and the environment.

NRCA is offering two training consulting services to roofing contractors, manufacturers, design professionals and building managers to help establish effective training programs and upgrade safety programs.
NRCA's professional staff will visit your company to help identify performance problems, recommend solutions and implement training strategies to help meet your organization's mission and vision.
