During NRCA's 2015 Fall Committee Meetings and Legislative Conference held Oct. 20-23 in Washington, D.C., NRCA members visited Capitol Hill to meet with senators and representatives to discuss topics of interest to roofing professionals and continue the work of NRCA's numerous committees.

During the meetings, Geoff Mitchell, CEO of Mid-South Roof Systems, Forest Park, Ga., met with Rep. Lynn Westmoreland (R-Ga.) to urge support for the Regulatory Accountability Act, immigration reform legislation and legislation to extend the investment tax credit for renewable energy sources.
