Elevate,™ Nashville, Tenn., recently collaborated with the National Association of Home Builders to construct The New American Home® 2026 featured at the 2026 International Builders’ Show. The annual project showcases the latest designs, technology and sustainability in residential construction.

This year’s project was constructed with nearly $3 million in donated materials from NAHB members. Elevate contributed a complete low-slope roof system, including UltraPly™ TPO membrane, ISOGARD™ polyisocyanurate insulation, UltraPly Bonding Adhesive and accessories, installed by Alpha Roofing & Sheet Metal LLC, Clermont, Fla.

The 7,889-square-foot luxury home consumes less energy than it produces and has a Home Energy Rating System Index of -40.
